This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a graphic and a tube of your choice.
Choose two dark colors from your graphic, make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Click on your graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your image, selections, select all, Edit, Paste Into selection.
Lower the Opacity to about 52.
Duplicate this layer.
On your original layer, Effects, Plugins, VM Toolbox, Seamless Tile, default settings.
Add a drop shadow.
Add a New Layer, add your tube.
Lower the Opacity to about 54.
Add a New Layer, add some text or brushes on each side of your image,
Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light, add a drop shadow.
Add a new Layer, add your name.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Effects, Plugins, ECWS, Edge Fade, default settings.
Save as a jpg.
