Wishing on a Star
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
This tut is dedicated to my granddaughter Sylena.
Open a New Image 400 x 400.
Choose a misted girl tube and a sparkle tube of your choice.
Flood fill your New Image with black.
Add a New Layer, add your misted tube. Layers duplicate.
On the original tube layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur, set on 11.00.
Effects, Plugins, Toadies, Blast 'em, default settings.
On your duplicate layer, Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Lower the Opacity to about 72.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 5 pixel border using a dark color from your tube.
Effects, Plugins ECWS, Edge Fade, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add your sparkle tube.
Duplicate this layer twice.
Leave the original sparkle tube as it is.
On your first copy of your sparkle tube, lower the Opacity to 50.
On your second copy, lower the Opacity to 30.
Close out your duplicate sparkle tubes,
highlight your bottom layer, layers, merge visible.
Edit, Copy.
Open Animation Shop, Edit, Paste as a New Animation.
Back in PSP, Edit undo, Merge Visible.
Close out your original sparkle tube and one of your duplicate sparkle tubes,
click on your other duplicate sparkle tube.
Layers Merge Visible. Edit, Copy.
In Animation Shop, Edit, Paste After current frame.
Repeat the above steps with your other duplicate sparkle tube.
Set your frame properties for all three frames on 75.
Save as a gif.
