Turn Back Time
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...

You will need Filter's Unlimited, a texture pattern of your choice and two or more tubes of your choice.
Open a New Image 600 x 350.
Go to selections, select all. Click on your Texture pattern in PSP, go to Edit Copy, then Click on your New Image that is selected and go to edit,
paste into Selection.
Now, you can play with this effect, colorize it, change the blend mode, or opacity, whatever you like, but this is what I have done.
Go to effects, Filters Unlimited, click on Special Effects 1, Aged film with these settings...

Deselect.
Add a New Raster Layer, add some brushes or text of your choice. Change Blend mode to Luminace legacy, Lower Opacity to 38.
Add a New Raster Layer, add tube of your choice. Change your Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy.
Add a New Raster Layer, add second tube, again changing the Blend Mode to Luminance legacy.
I added another Raster layer and a third tube, this time I changed only the Opacity, I lowered it to 38.
Add a New Raster Layer, add your name and watermark.
Add a Border of 5 pixels.
Save as a jpg.
