This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 500 x 400.
Flood Fill with white.
Paste your tube as a New Layer, Duplicate your tube Layer
twice for a total of three tube layers.
X out your Duplicate tube layers, now on your original
tube layer go to Effects, DSB Flux, Center Mirror with these settings...
Now Selections, Select All, Float. Now Flood Fill with a gradient,
pattern or color of your choice. I chose a gold gradient.
Select None.
Now on your second duplicated tube layer apply
the center mirror with the same settings as before.
Now on your top tube layer, Add a New Raster layer, add your name.
Un X all layers, now x out only the second tube layer
with the center mirror effect. Click on one of the other layers,
layers merge visible. Edit copy, now
open Animation Shop, Paste as New Image.
Back in PSP, un x the second tube layer, x out the first one,
on one of the other layers, layers merge visible.
Edit copy, in Animation Shop Paste After
Current Frame.
Change your frame properties to 25 for both frames.
Save as gif.
