coincidental and unintentional.

This is what we will be making...
Choose a tube with some pretty jewelry.
Open New Image 400 x 400.
Choose two colors from your tube, one light, one dark,
make a gradient with these settings, Linear, Angle 45, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your image with this gradient.
Add a New Raster Layer, Add your tube.
Add your name.
Layers Merge Visible.
Crop if desired.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Now using your Selection Tool set to Point to Point
or Freehand whichever works best for you.
Outline your jewelry. Now go to Effects DSB Flux,
Add Bright Noise set to Mix and 35.
Edit copy and open in Animation Shop.
Now back in PSP, Edit undo Bright Noise and go
to Effects DSB Flux, Bright Noise set to Mix and 50.
Edit copy and in Animation Shop Edit, Paste After Current Frame.
Save as a gif.
