Open a New Image 500 x 350.
You will need the Color Dot Filter from Penta.com, you can get it herePenta.com Filters
Choose a graphic and a tube or tubes of your choice.
Choose two colors from your graphic and make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your new image with this gradient.
Add a New Layer, selections, select all.
On your graphic, Edit, copy.
On your flood filled image, Edit, Paste Into Selection. Change the Blend Mode to Luminace.
Effects, plugins, penta.com, color dot with these settings, 90, 2, 255, 255, 255.
Add a New layer. Add your first tube.
Add a New layer. Add your second tube. Change the Blend Mode to Luminance, Lower the Opacity to about 52.
Add a New Layer, add some text or brushes.
Add a New Layer, using your selection tool set to rectangle make a selection at the bottom like mine.
Flood fill with the light color from your gradient.
Change the Blend Mode to Multiply.
Add your name and watermark.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Save as a jpg.
