To Rome with Love
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a scenic graphic of your choice and a misted couple tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from your graphic, make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, Edge Works, Shine, default settings.
Click on your graphic, Edity Copy.
Click on your flood filled image,add a New Layer, Selections, select all, Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Change your Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy.
Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add your misted couple tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add some text.
Image Rotate, Right, 90 degrees.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Change the Blend Mode to Exclusion.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, Frame # 2, with these settings...
9, 9, 110, 130.
Save as a jpg.
