This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a new Image 500 x 400.
Choose a misted couple tube and a misted candle or flower tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from one of your tubes, make a grdient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, Texture Effects, Blinds, 3, 9.
Effects, Plugins, Photo Tools, Frosted Edger, Color.

Add a New Layer, add your misted couple tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Add a New Layer, add your misted candle or flower tube.
Add a New Layer, add some text or a brush.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers, Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, 3D Soft Color #1.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Porcelain.
Save as a jpg.
