This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose four misted people images of your choice, a misted sign of your choice
and a scenic graphic of your choice.
Choose two colors from one of your misted images, make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, Photo Effex, Scanlines, default setting.
Click on your scenic graphic, Edit, Copy.
Click on your Flood Filled Image, Selections, select all, Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Lower the Opacity to about 50.
Add a New Layer, add your first misted image.
Continue doing this until you have all of your images where you want them.
Choose two images and change the Blend Mode on those layers to Soft Light.
Leave the two other images on Nomral Blend Mode, just Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add some text. Lower the Opacity to about 50.
Layers Merge Visible.
Effects, Plugins, Filters Unlimited, Buttons and Frames, Mirrored Frame, frame size 16.
Add a New Layer, add your name. Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel light border, add a 2 pixel dark border.
Effects Plugins, Bordermania, 3D Soft Color #1.
Save as a jpg.
