Paris at Night
This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choos a graphic of your choice and a tube of a person and a neon sign tube.
Click on your graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your New Image, Selections, select all, Edit Paste Into Selection.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Softmood, with these settings, 6, 50, 50 , 50, 12, 0.
Add a New Layer, add your person tube.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Softmood, with these settings, 6, 50, 50 , 50, 12, 0.
Lower the Opacity to 50.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Add a new Layer, add your neon sign tube.
Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize, my settings are 151, 192.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Edit, copy, open in animation shop.
Back in PSP, Edit, undo border, undo colorization.
Colorize your neon sign tube again, my settings are 245, 220.
Add a 2 pixel border.
Edit, copy, now in Animation Shop, Edit, Paste After current frame.
Change your frame properties to 75.
Save as a gif.
