This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
You will need two misted tubes of your choice and the Color Dot Filter available from Penta-Com Filters
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Flood Fill with Black.
Got to Effects, Penta, Color Dot with these settings...
Add a New Raster Layers, add your first tube.
Add a New Raster Layer, add your second tube,
this time change your Blend Mode to Luminance and your Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Raster Layer, add text of your choice. Lower Opacity to about 40.
Add a New raster layer, add your name and watermark.
Layers, Merge visible.
Add a Border of 5 pixels.
Save as a jpg.
