Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from your misted tube, make a gradient, Linear Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Plugins, Toadies, Old Photo, default settings.
Effects, Plugins, Funhouse, Xaggerate, default settings.
Effects, Plugins, penta.com, color dot, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add your misted tube.
Effects, Plugins, Toadies, Old Photo, default settings.
Add a New Layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers Merge Visible.
Duplicate your merged layer.
On your bottom layer, Effects, Plugins, FM Tile Tools, Wrinkle Emboss, default settings.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Tekstya, play with the settings until you get the look that youwant.
Highlight your top layer, lower the Opacity to about 40.
Layers Merge Visible.
Effects, Plugins, ECWS, Edge Fade, default settings.
Save as a jpg.
