This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600x 400.
Choose a tube or tubes of your choice.
Choose two colors from one of your tubes, make a gradient, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Texture, Blinds, width 2, opacity 16.
Add a new Layer, using your selection tool set to rectangle, make a selection on the right side of your flood filled image.
Flood Fill the selection with the dark color from your gradient.Effects, Plugins, penta.com, color dot with these settings...
While still selected, add your tube, Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Add a New Layer, add some text or brushes.
Add a New Layer, add your second tube.
Add a New Layer, add your name and watermark.
Layers, merge visible.
Add 2 pixel border.
Image resize by 85 percent.
Save as jpg.
