This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted person tube and a misted flower tube of your choice.
Choose two colors from one of your tubes, make a gradient, Sunburst, Repeats 2.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Effects, Mehdi, Sorting Tiles, Block Range 50-150, Block 75, Crossed.
Add a New Layer, add your person tube.
Add a New Layer, add your flower tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers Merge Visible.
Effects, Plugins, ECWS, Edge Fade, default settings.
Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, Soft 3D Soft Color #1.
Effects, Plugins, Xero, Ultraviolet, 127, 127, Uniform, 1.
Save as a jpg.
