This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a new Image 600 x 400.
Choose three misted tubes and a scenic graphic of your choice.
Choose a light color from one of your tubes and flood fill your New Image.
Effects, Artist Effects, Aged Newspaper, Amount to age 50.
Effects, Plugins, penta.com, color dot, default settings.
Add a New Layer.
Click on your scenic graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your Flood Filled Image, Selections, select all, Edit paste into selection.
You should have your scenic graphic as a new layer now.
Change the Blend Mode to Multiply, Lower the Opacity to about 38.
Add a New Layer, add your first misted tube, center it.
Lower your Opacitiy on this layer to about 64.
Add a New Layer, add your second tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Overlay and Lower the Opacity to about 34.
Add a New Layer, add your last tube. Change the Blend Mode to Luminance.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers Merge Visible.
Add a 2 pixel border using a dark color from one of your tube,
add a 2 pixel border using a light color from one of your tubes,
add another 2 pixel border using your dark color.
Save as a jpg.
