This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.

This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
Filters unlimited sandflowers filter needed, and tube or tubes of your choice and animation shop.
Open a new image 400 x 300, pick a light and dark color from your tube, make a
gradient, style linear, angle 45, repeats 3. flood fill new image with gradient
Paste your tube as a new layer, position where you would like it,merge layers
visible.
Add your watermark and text.
You now have one layer, duplicate it 3 times for a total of four layers.
X out the 3 duplicates, working on the original, go to filters unlimited,
sandflower specials, on the right you will see designer blinds, click on it with
these settings
Now, X out your first layer and the top two layers, working on the second layer,
apply filters unlimited, same settings, just change the OPENING to 5, next X out
layer one, two and four, working on layer 3, change the opening settings to 10,
now X out layers one, two and three, working on layer 4, same settings, change
opening to 15.
Now this part can be done many ways, this is MY way, close out layers 2, 3 and
4. Make sure you are on layer 1, edit copy, open animation shop, paste as new
animation, continue with each layer in order 1, 2, 3, 4, edit copy, in animation
shop, paste AFTER current frame. You will now have 4 frames, right click on the
each frame, go to frame properties and change the setting to 50.
*NOTE*
If you wish to add another tube on top of your blinds, in psp edit, copy your
tube, in anmation shop edit, paste as new image, now you have four frames on
your blinds image, so right click on your tube image and click on duplicate
selected, do this until you have 5 frames, now right click on the LAST frame and
delete. You now have 4 frames. Click on the first frame now, go to edit, select
all, now propagate paste. Back on your blinds image click on the first frame,
edit, select all, now back to the tube image click on the first frame and drag
the tube to your blinds image making sure it is where you want it.
Save as a gif. You are done!
