This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a misted woman tube and a scenic graphic of your choice.
You will need the circle gradient mask which is below.
Save to your computer.
Click on your scenic graphic, Edit Copy.
Click on your New Image, Selections, select all, Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Add a New Layer, add your misted woman tube.
Lower the Opacity to about 72.
Add a New Layer, flood fill with a color from your scenic graphic.
Open your circle gradient mask in psp.
Layers, New mask Layer, From Image, Source Luminance checked, scroll to find your circle gradient mask.
Layers, Merge Group.
Add a New Layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Effects, Plugins, VM Toolbox, Transistor, default settings.
Add a 2 pixel border, Effects, Plugins, Bordermania, 3D Soft Color #1.
Save as a jpg.
