This is my own creation, any similarities to other tutorials is purely
coincidental and unintentional.
This is what we will be making...
Open a New Image 600 x 400.
Choose a scenic graphic of your choice and two misted tubes of your choice.
Choose two colors from one of your misted tubes, make a grandient, Sunubrst, Angle 0, Repeats 0.
Flood Fill your New Image with your gradient.
Add a New Layer, Selections Select All.
Click on your scenic graphic, Edit, Copy.
Click on your Flood Filled Image, Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Effects, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss, Default settings.
Lower the Opacity on this layer to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add your first misted tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Overlay.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a New Layer, add your second misted tube.
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy.
Lower the Opacity to about 74.
Add a new Layer, add some text.
Add a New Layer, add your name.
Layers Merge Visible.
Effects, Filters Unlimited, Edges Square, Edges 17.
Add a drop shadow.
Save as a jpg.
